These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the windreama platform, including all gaming services, financial transactions, bonuses, and account-related activities. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any windreama service.

1.1 By accessing or using the windreama platform — including registration, login, deposit, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawal, or any other service interaction — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the windreama Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules published on the platform.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) windreama account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. windreama reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is detected.
3.3 Mobile Number as Identifier. Your registered Philippine mobile number serves as your primary account identifier on windreama. This number is used for OTP-based login verification and for all account-related communications. You are responsible for maintaining continued access to your registered mobile number.
3.4 KYC Verification. windreama may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point, including as a mandatory prerequisite to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document and a real-time selfie. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID card, and Postal ID.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windreama account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. windreama will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.2 You must not share your windreama account credentials with any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. windreama does not permit account sharing under any circumstances.
4.3 You agree to notify windreama immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4.4 windreama reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious login activity is detected. windreama may request additional verification before restoring access. windreama will not be liable for actions taken on an account before suspicious activity is reported.
5.1 windreama accepts deposits via supported Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). windreama does not impose a maximum single deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through cryptocurrency channels (USDT TRC20) will be converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction processing.
5.4 windreama does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered to and owned by the account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.5 windreama processes deposits in good faith but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, or circumstances beyond windreama's reasonable control.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Before windreama processes any withdrawal request, the requesting Member must have successfully completed KYC identity verification as described in Section 3.4 of these Terms. windreama will not process withdrawals for unverified accounts.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the windreama account and verified KYC identity. windreama does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other persons, or anonymous payment instruments.
6.4 windreama targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are targeted for completion within 1 hour of processing. These timeframes represent windreama's operational targets and not guaranteed contractual obligations. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or circumstances beyond windreama's control are not within windreama's liability.
6.5 windreama reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. During the due diligence period, windreama may temporarily place a hold on the withdrawal pending review. Members will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact information.
7.1 windreama may offer bonuses, free credit, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to Members from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a windreama account are subject to wagering requirements ("WR") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The WR multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap applicable to each Bonus are specified in the individual Bonus terms.
7.3 Bonus funds are played separately from real-money funds unless otherwise stated. Real-money funds deposited into an account are available for withdrawal at any time subject to standard withdrawal procedures; Bonus funds are not withdrawable until WR conditions are satisfied.
7.4 windreama reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time where windreama has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is abusing the Bonus system, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, bonus stacking not permitted under the promotion terms, or exploitation of errors in the platform.
7.5 Each Bonus promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
8.1 All games offered on the windreama platform are governed by the individual game rules as published within each game. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's published rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
8.2 windreama uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG system at the point of play and cannot be altered retroactively by windreama or by any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in-game for slot titles.
8.3 Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific table game as displayed in the live studio environment. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game hand or round, windreama's system will complete the game according to the last committed action. windreama is not liable for disconnections caused by the Member's internet service provider or device.
8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, misquote of odds, software error, or any technical failure that results in a game outcome that windreama determines to be invalid, windreama reserves the right to void the affected bets and return applicable stakes. All malfunctions void pay.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the windreama platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

10.3 windreama enforces the 21+ age restriction as a matter of Philippine law and platform policy. windreama will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including but not limited to age confirmation at registration and ID verification at the time of first withdrawal.
11.1 All content on the windreama platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, game assets, software code, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of windreama or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 No content from the windreama platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of windreama. Unauthorized use of windreama intellectual property may result in legal action.
11.3 windreama grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windreama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the windreama platform.
12.2 windreama's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their windreama account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
12.3 windreama does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. windreama does not guarantee that games or services will be free from errors or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party technical failures may impact platform availability.
12.4 windreama is not liable for losses arising from your decision to participate in gaming activities. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results.
13.1 windreama reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
13.2 In cases of account closure due to a Member's breach of these Terms, windreama reserves the right to withhold funds in the account pending investigation and may permanently forfeit those funds where the breach is substantiated.
13.3 Members may request account closure at any time by contacting windreama support. Upon closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payout method, less any outstanding obligations.
14.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other platform matter, Members must first submit a formal complaint to windreama's customer support team within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
14.2 Disputes must be submitted in writing via the windreama live chat system or by email to [email protected]. The dispute notice must include: your account information, the date and nature of the dispute, the specific game or transaction in question, and your proposed resolution.
14.3 windreama will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within two (2) business days and aims to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Complex disputes may require additional time.
14.4 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through windreama's internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
15.2 windreama operates in the Philippine online gaming market and acknowledges the regulatory context established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory body for online gaming activities accessible in the Philippines. windreama takes its compliance obligations in this regulatory environment seriously.
